MYZE Hotel Waingapu

MYZE Hotel Waingapu is a destination hotel in East Sumba, combining modern tropical design with meeting facilities, outdoor function areas, and a central swimming pool that forms an important part of the guest experience.

When CSA Indonesia was brought into the project, the audio system was already installed—but it had never performed as it should.

Sound quality was poor, coverage was uneven, and the installation itself was untidy. Around the pool, some areas sounded too loud while others received very little sound. Instead of supporting the atmosphere of the hotel, the system became a noticeable weakness.

CSA began by reviewing the complete signal flow, speaker positioning, cabling, equipment configuration, and system tuning. The installation was then reorganized, corrected, and properly configured based on the actual layout and operational needs of the property.

Particular attention was given to the pool area. Rather than simply increasing the volume, the system was carefully balanced to achieve smooth and even coverage throughout the space.

The improvement was immediately noticeable. Music could now be heard consistently around the pool, with better clarity, controlled volume, and a sound character that felt more refined and appropriate for the hotel.

This project shows that good audio is not only determined by the equipment being used. Proper installation, system configuration, and professional tuning are what turn a collection of products into a complete experience.

CSA did not simply repair the existing system—we transformed it into an audio environment that finally matched the premium atmosphere of MYZE Hotel Waingapu.
