CSA Indonesia delivered a comprehensive audio visual installation at Jakarta Marriott Hotel Gelora, covering public areas, meeting spaces, and every guest room. The project brings together audio, displays, and in-room entertainment, with careful attention to how each space is used and managed.

Q-SYS forms the backbone of the hotel’s networked audio system, supported by an AV over IP infrastructure for audio and video distribution throughout the public areas. Centralized control simplifies daily operation, while remote access allows the CSA team to check system status, adjust settings, and provide technical support from off-site locations.

For meetings and presentations, CSA installed interactive flat panel displays alongside a distinctive highlight: Indonesia’s first rollable LED videotron installation. The LED display rolls upward when not in use, allowing the hotel to change the setting of the space for different occasions.

Public-area TVs and digital signage support hotel information, promotional content, and guest communications. In every guest room, Samsung Hospitality TVs and soundbars bring clear picture and fuller sound to the in-room entertainment experience.

From installation through system integration, CSA brought these elements together to give the hotel a practical, connected AV environment—one that serves guests throughout their stay and is straightforward for the team to operate and maintain.
