HARRIS Hotel & Convention

CSA Indonesia was entrusted to deliver the complete audio-visual infrastructure for the newly opened HARRIS Hotel & Convention Serpong, a major hospitality development located within the Summarecon Serpong township.

Developed by Summarecon Agung and operated by The Ascott Limited, the property was designed to become one of the key meeting and convention destinations in the Serpong area. The hotel features 282 guestrooms supported by extensive meeting and event facilities, including a large convention ballroom capable of hosting up to 1,500 guests, multiple function rooms, and various supporting event spaces.

To support the operational scale of the venue, CSA Indonesia implemented a fully integrated AV system across the entire property. The scope covers the grand ballroom, meeting rooms, breakout areas, and public spaces—ensuring consistent performance and seamless usability for both hotel operations and event organizers.

The infrastructure was designed with flexibility and reliability in mind, enabling the venue to accommodate a wide range of events, from corporate conferences and hybrid meetings to large-scale conventions and social celebrations.

Through this project, CSA Indonesia continues to support the growth of Indonesia’s hospitality and MICE industry by delivering technology environments that are reliable, adaptable, and ready for modern event requirements.
